Today, the noah's ark family includes Noah's Ark Deli & Restaurant, Shelly's Vegetarian Café, a mail order business that ships gourmet frozen kosher food cross-country - even stunning, sky's-the-limit catering that has won accolades from heads of state (and you know how picky they can be).
